Many thanks to all our visitors that have supported us over the past three years. We have enjoyed making new friends and appreciated all the generous comments that we have received. It is with some regret that we feel that this is the right time to draw things to a close, largely because of the new fire regulations which currently apply to guest houses like ourselves. Previously we were exempt as we only took a maximum of six guests, but now, since the regulations have been extended to all B&B establishments, the expense of putting in emergency lighting, complete fire safety systems, numerous complete fire-door sets, etc. has brought forward our decision to close by twelve months.
